Q&A:
1. “I don’t really do yoga… is this right for me?”
Absolutely. This isn't traditional yoga.
The shapes I guide you through are restorative, deeply gentle and grounding—more like conscious rest than “exercise or yoga.”
You’ll be lying down, supported by pillows and blankets on the ground or your bed, resting into softness. No flexibility, fancy leggings or yoga background required. Just a willingness to receive.
2. “I’m terrible at meditating!”
Beautiful—this space was made for you.
Every meditation is fully guided by me, step-by-step.
You’re never left sitting in silence trying to “empty your mind.”
The meditations will leave your feeling grounded, calm and energised.
3. “What if I can’t make the live sessions?”
No worries at all.
Each live class is recorded and sent to you with lifetime access.
And this is exactly why I created the WhatsApp support container—to gently nudge you back into intention each week, even if life gets full. You’ll get bite-sized tools, voice notes and soft reminders that help you reset—whether you join live or not.
4. “I don’t use WhatsApp…”
It’s free, easy to download + simple to use - just like Messenger.
It allows me to hold space for you between sessions and offer a supportive community to keep your energy flowing, even on the tougher weeks.

5. “Finances are a bit tight right now…”

This is perhaps the most common—and actionable—objection.
