As the year comes to a close, I invite you to slow down, take a moment for yourself, and honour everything this year has brought you.

The end of the year can feel full — of emotions, experiences, lessons, endings and new beginnings. Before stepping into another chapter, let's create space to pause, reflect on how far we've come, and gently release what we're ready to leave behind.

End of Year Ritual is an intimate women's gathering, thoughtfully created to nurture connection, reflection and intention.

Together, we'll journey through:

• Rose Cacao Ceremony — Opening the heart and arriving fully in the present moment.

• Women's Circle — A supportive space to connect, reflect and share.

• Conscious Breathwork — Releasing tension, reconnecting with the body and creating space within.

• Intention Setting — Honouring the lessons of the past year and planting seeds for what's to come.

• Sound Healing — A deeply restorative sound bath to soften, rest and integrate.

This is not about rushing into the new year with more goals or expectations. It's about honouring where you are, celebrating your growth, and welcoming the next chapter with softness, clarity and intention.
