Group Healing with Spinal Energetics

Join us, for an evening of deep energetic healing and release through your nervous system. We will Liberate stuck and frozen tension, Spinal Energetics can help you to release blocked emotions and traumas that result in a disconnection from your truest and highest self. Together we unravel and dive a little deeper, resulting in a feeling of ease, connection and freedom. A journey to living more in alignment with your true self.

We will begin the evening dropping into our bodies, connecting with the power of breath, for greater flow of energy, before we begin our deep journey through Spinal Energetics. This evening is for those who are ready to release what's been holding them back, whats been trapped within, in a safe and supported environment.

By purchasing a ticket for this event you agree you do NOT have any of the conditions listed below.

- Severe Asthma

- within the last 3 years, any Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis or spiritual emergence

- Severe mental health conditions (bi-polar, schizophrenia, psychosis)

- Cardiovascular problems/history of heart disease-Pregnancy, specifically first trimester

- History of seizures, epilepsy etc

- Recent surgery- Recent injuries or fractures

- Heavy medications that alter brain chemistry 

- Diagnosed with severe PTSD

- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that isn’t outlined above, that may impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release
