This class is perfect for those looking to let go of the week that’s been and step into the weekend with a sense of peace, clarity, and renewed focus. Through guided breathwork, you’ll move stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your inner stillness — leaving you feeling centred, uplifted, and ready to embrace what’s ahead.

What to bring:

Warm, comfortable clothing
A journal and pen
Water to stay hydrated

No prior experience is necessary. Come as you are — and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.

Contraindications for Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful practice that can bring up strong physical, emotional, and energetic responses. While it is safe for most people, it may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical or mental health conditions.

Please consult Chloe or Noelle before participating in breathwork if you have or are experiencing any of the following:

Cardiovascular issues (including high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, or history of heart attack)
Epilepsy or seizures
Severe asthma (unless you have your inhaler with you and feel confident using breathwork)
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or other significant respiratory conditions
A history of stroke or brain injury
Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other severe psychiatric conditions
Severe or recent panic attacks (last 3 months)
Pregnancy (particularly in the first trimester, unless cleared by a healthcare provider)
Recent surgery or physical injury that may be affected by intense breathing
Glaucoma or detached retina
Use of certain medications that affect heart rate, blood pressure, or mental state
