Join us for a week-long training retreat at the renowned Spannocchia Farm and Villa, nestled in the stunning landscapes of Tuscany, Italy. We will be away from the world, the closest public transportation destination is Siena. From October 10th to October 17th, 2024, we invite interculturalists and service providers from diverse backgrounds to come together for this transformative experience.

Overview:


This immersive retreat is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, practices and a supportive network needed to address the challenges of collective trauma and promote community well-being. Join us on this learning journey as we explore the interplay between cultural identities, collective healing, and trauma-informed renewal. Through workshops, discussions, and a variety of creative practices, you'll gain insights into collective trauma and learn practical strategies for resilience, intercultural compassion, and build bridges for belonging.

Logistics:

Space is limited to 20 participants. This training will be conducted in English. Do not delay in making your reservations! 

The prices cover the whole retreat experience, including all three meals (while on campus), plus lodging, transportation to and from Florence Airport and one afternoon trip to Sienna. Prices vary based on single or double occupancy. Single occupancy is limited. 

Schedule:

  • Thursday, October 10th - Transport from Florence Airport 2-4 pm 
  • Thursday, October 10th - Meet and Greet 5 p.m.
  • Sunday, October 13th - half day training session, transportation to Siena following lunch. 
  • Thursday, October 17th - check-out by 10 am, transport to Florence Airport.

    Payment options: 

    • Two step payment: $500 non-refundable deposit, plus remainder based on time of registration (Early bird or General)
    • Early bird in full ($500 of the amount is considered non-refundable in case of cancellation)
    • General in full ($500 of the amount is considered non-refundable in case of cancellation)
    • Non-participating companion option is available ($250 of the amount is considered non-refundable in case of cancellation)
