Energy alignment workshop 

This session is an educational and well as energetic workshop where you learn or deepen your understanding of the laws of energy. 

We will cover:

• Your energy frequency …. State of being, triggers, emotional, mental, spiritual aspects of your self.
• Discernment…of other energies. The veil between the physical and spiritual realms is thin. Once you open yourself up for connection to other dimensions, can you do it safely?
• Cleansing practices for your aura
• How your intuition is your superpower and aspects of your self-empowerment 
• How to set energetic boundaries with love, covering toxic relations, energy vampires and taking on someone else energy. 
• Self-awareness and your ability to live a purposeful life. 

The session includes a breathwork session to help you tune into your frequency and open up the energy channels as well as the channelled transmission of Star Light. 

As always take what you resonate with and leave everything else behind.
