Everything is Energy: what we think, feel, hear, see and intuitively know.

Join us on this creative day to bring forth your potent and powerful Energy via movement, sound, affirmations, vibrational healing with cacao ceremony ensuring we not only cleanse and strengthen our vibration, we maintain it too via healthy energy practices, locks, seals, finishing with a wonderfully deep guided meditation for you to anchor your full potential into this life.

We visit each of the seven main chakras, and the two stabilising chakras, learning 'I AM' affirmations, im/balances, bija mantras, energy locks, colours and yoga based movement for each chakra. We discuss these in the 3D and 5D realms

There is a lot of information in this session and energy that will shift. The crystals will join us and hold space for us also.

Wear: warm, comfortable clothing,

Bring: a notebook/pen for any notes you wish to take, water and an open heart, mind and spirit x

We provide blankets, yoga-mats and cushions: you are welcome to bring your own if you wish

Nitya is an International Channel, hailing from Scotland, for 16+ years she's an Energy Healer, (empowered) Empath, Psychic, Channel, Crystal Healer and Lemurian Elder. She's been working with Multi-Dimensional Healing professionally since 2006 and personally her entire life.
