Why I Run These Workshops

My name is Tash. I'm a mum who’s walked the path of doing it alone and I know how deeply women need support, especially in today’s world.
These workshops and retreats were born from that need. They’re a space to rest, reset, and remember your worth. You don’t have to do it all on your own anymore.
