What better way to end the year than gifting yourself the opportunity to review 2023 with gratitude and bliss, as you are bathed in beautiful frequencies, and nourished by healing hands and instruments!!

We are committed to bringing more passion, benefit and impact to each event, and have therefore extended this experience to 90 minutes (previously 75 minutes). Which of course means we have even more time to bring our loving one on one attention and connection to each participant :)

We have a maximum of 22 tickets available.

— An energy clearing and balance. Through sound healing instruments, activating pressure points, and movement that reconnects both hemispheres of the brain, your body will come back into alignment and have a direct route to deeper relaxation.

— Gentle breathwork to drop you into gratitude and appreciation that will amplify through the sound healing. It will also allow an even calmer state of being that can boost your cardiovascular, respiratory, and immune health; lower blood pressure; increase resilience; improve circulation and blood flow… and so much more!

— A bath of incredible frequencies that your body will respond to at a cellular level. While you are resting on your mat, healing vibrations will resonate through your body and nourish every cell.

— A personalised hands-on experience that may also include beautiful, sound healing instruments like Nepalese bowls and tuning forks being placed on your body. This takes the sound healing to the next level!

~ Comfortable, warm clothes (socks recommended)

~ Eye pillow/mask (this will make a HUGE difference to your experience)

~ Mat to lay on (for about 45 minutes)

~ Blanket to cover you

~ Cushion for your head

~ Highly recommend a big cushion or rolled up blanket for under your knees

~ Water
