~ In the shower, ask yourself "What is my intention and desired outcome for this adventure?"

~ Drink extra water 3 days before, after, and on event day

~ Comfortable clothes (+socks)

~ Eye pillow/mask (makes a HUGE difference)

~ Mat/s to lay on *note floor is firm

~ Cushion/pillow

~ Optional blanket

~ Optional cushion blanket for under knees
