In a world full of distractions and where our minds are constantly racing, we are offering this sacred space for you to find some calm, peace + stillness amongst the water fountains + palm trees at our Sanctuary "Gifts of Healing".

This will be a time for you to experience the magic of sound healing and a combination of reiki energy healing + chakra balancing whilst Jade my daughter @esotericjade plays her beautiful crystal quartz sound bowls.

Our intention is to create a safe space for you to go inwards and focus on your own inner peace + stillness. Sharing is welcome and there will be time at the end for you to connect + express if you choose.

Join Cheryl & Jade for an afternoon of deep relaxation, activations and inner transformation as we explore the therapeutic benefits of sound healing. We use a variety of instruments, including 432hz crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes, to generate vibrations that will help you release tension, balance your energy, and promote a sense of well-being.

You’re welcome to arrive from 2:50pm as we will aim and start our session on time at 3:00pm.
