Introducing our monthly Energy Healing & Sound Bath sessions!
A time for you to experience the magic of sound healing while you relax on our yoga mats peacefully located near the water fountain and rainforest gardens of Flower Power garden centre. We will offer reiki energy healing + chakra balancing as Jade my daughter @esotericjade plays her beautiful crystal quartz sound bowls.
Join us for 1.5hrs of pure energetic vibrational bliss!
In a world full of distractions and where our minds are constantly racing, we are offering this sacred space for you to find some calm, peace + stillness amongst the water fountains + palm trees at our beautiful wellness centre.
Sharing is always welcome and there will be time at the end for you to gently come back into your body + express if you choose.
Our intention is to create a safe space for you to go inwards and focus on your own inner peace + stillness.
Not enough of us give ourselves the time to peace out + be still so we hope you can join us for the relaxation you deserve!
