Are you ready to unwind and explore the wonderful world of Energy Healing? Look no further! We have a fantastic lineup of practitioners who will guide you through different holistic practices and share their expertise. Whether you're new to energy healing or a seasoned enthusiast, this event is perfect for anyone seeking to explore the transformative potential behind these practices.

An experiential and informative workshop that will allow you to discover and explore Energy Healing with Reiki, Sound Healing, Kinesiology & Access bars.

Here's what you can expect:

7.15- 7.30pm: Welcome

An intro from Pauline & Helen, the Co founders of Bodhi Holistic Hub and your hosts for the evening. Followed by a short grounding to connect into the space and collective intention for this special community gathering.

7.30pm - 7.45pm: Access Bars

Get ready to unlock new possibilities with Access Bars. Our practitioner will introduce you to this unique energy healing technique, sharing personal client stories that highlight the transformative power of Access Bars.

7:45pm - 8:00pm: Kinesiology

Discover the fascinating world of Kinesiology with our knowledgeable practitioner, Sacha. Learn about the modality, and even learn a few techniques to continue using on your own.

8:00pm - 8:20pm: Reiki

Experience the soothing power of Reiki as our practitioners introduce this ancient healing technique. Gain insights into the modality and participate in a short group Reiki Healing session to feel the energy flow through your body.

Our Reiki healers will offer gentle hands-on/off energy healing, amplifying the energetic experience and promoting balance, relaxation and rejuvenation. Reiki supports the natural flow of life force energy, bringing harmony and healing to the physical, emotional and energetic bodies. Our Sound Healer Lisa will also add to this nurturing experience by introducing you to the relaxing and vibrational power that sound can bring.

8:20pm - 8:30pm: Sound Healing

After experiencing Lisa’s sound bath, she will talk through the multitude of benefits of this practice and how vibrational sound healing can help you in your emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.

8:30pm - 8:45pm: Q&A & Closing

Carving out some time to ask questions, seek clarification, and engage in a lively discussion with our practitioners. A closing ceremony will follow this session to wrap up the evening's activities.

8:45pm - 9:00pm: Invitation to Mingling & Connect

Take this opportunity to mingle with fellow attendees and connect directly with our practitioners.

This workshop is open to everyone, and will provide a safe, open, non judgmental and supportive space for all.

By the end of the workshop, you can expect to know more about Energy Healing and its benefits, and we hope you'll leave feeling more connected to your authentic self, lighter and perhaps having made a new friend or two. During the reiki session you may experience emotional release, clarity, and a deep sense of relaxation and well-being. This workshop is an opportunity to be open, to be curious and to connect with self and other life-minded people.

What to bring: water, yoga mat, cushion & small blanket if you tend to get cold easily.
