    Event description

Do you work in the energy transition sector across new technology, policy or ecosystem innovation?

The ACT Government has announced new funding, including $17 million in new grants over 5 years, aimed to drive the development of a vibrant, sustainable, export-oriented energy transition industry in the ACT.

This information session gives prospective grant applicants the opportunity to hear from industry experts, government representatives and previous grant recipients.

Topics will range from tips on applying, to an outline of the objectives and government priorities that underpin the funding.

    Speakers:

    • Ilea Buffier – Board Member and Managing Director of Evalue8 Sustainability.
    • Michelle McCann – Partner, PV Lab Australia and previous grant recipient.
    • Rachael De Hosson – Executive Branch Manager, Net Zero Energy Transformation, ACT Government.

The discussion will be facilitated by Petr Adamek, CEO Canberra Innovation Network.

This event is preceded by the Sustainable Business Seminar: Sustainability and Your Business. Join us at this session, which starts at 12pm, for a light lunch.
