These Energy Intensives are a way for you to take the exploration of awakening energy and the expansion of consciousness to a deeper level.

While it is not a requirement, it is highly recommended that you have had at least one prior Light Body Activation (LBA) session (or previous KAP session) with me so you understand how your body responds to the process and the energy.
