The Setup: Slip into your comfortable clothes, dim the lights, put your headphones/speakers on, and lie down in your bed or a comfortable space.
The Experience: A calming soundscape will play while I work remotely on the collective field. Your only job is to lie back and rest.
Your Body’s Release: Because we are shifting deep energetic blocks, it is completely normal to experience physical sensations (like tingling or twitching), waves of emotion, or sudden insights. This is a safe sign of your system discharging stored stress. It is also normal not to feel anything at all.
Staying Awake vs. Sleeping: It is best if you can stay awake in a relaxed, meditative state to consciously witness the shifts. However, if you do fall asleep, don't worry, nothing is wrong, and your system will still receive the work.
