What happens during the session?

You lie down on a mat while music is played. At times, the facilitator may touch or press on certain chakras or meridian points on your body; at other times, she may simply hold or move her hands above you. That’s what happens externally. PREPARING FOR THE SESSION

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. No jewellery or metals
Eat lightly if at all before the session. An empty stomach is best, but a light snack such as fruit is fine.
Refrain from coffee, alcohol and other substances
Avoid eating meat a day before your session
