This session is part of Energy Upgrades for Rentals, a pilot project delivered by Mycelia Energy Collective with support from the AusNet HOME Energy Grant. We’re working with rental providers, tenants and property managers across South Gippsland and Bass Coast to identify what makes energy upgrades easier — and what gets in the way.

What you’ll learn

What the new Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards mean for rental properties
Which upgrades may be needed and how to plan for them
What rebates, grants and support are available
How Mycelia can assist with assessments, quotes, admin and upgrade coordination
How to access up to $1,000 in upgrade support through the pilot

Why attend This is a chance to get clear, practical information in a friendly setting — no jargon, no pressure. You’ll be able to ask questions specific to your property and learn how to make the upgrade pathway smoother, more affordable and less time‑consuming.

Who should attend Rental providers, landlords, property owners and anyone responsible for managing rental homes in Victoria.

What’s included

We’d love to support you through these changes and help make energy upgrades simpler for everyone involved.
