Event description

Join us for the second event of our business breakfast series, Engage and Elevate on Thursday 16 May from 7.00am to 9.00am at the Sunshine Beach Surf Club.

Hosted by the St Andrew's Institute of Learning (SAIL), our Engage and Elevate series supports our commitment to providing professionals and students with the chance to gain profound insights from the life experiences, challenges, and triumphs of accomplished leaders across diverse industries.

This series is open to the entire Sunshine Coast and Noosa community.

We are pleased to announce our next keynote speaker - Peter Low, Business Coach Leading Purpose-Driven Business Toward Success

Meet successful tech founder who took eighteen years to start (from a bedroom), scale (internationally), and sell.

After a successful career in a Global Fortune 50 company where Peter was the youngest Divisional Leader (responsible for a budget in excess of $400 Million) and 1 of only 2 recipients in Asia Pacific to receive stock options by the Global CEO of more than 30,000 employees, Peter did exactly the thing that everyone told him not to do.

He founded a start-up. A start-up called, Cavalry.

You know, the type of start-up where his parents used to cook lunch for the team and ring the dinner bell when ready. The type of start up that had a lot of doubters but was fuelled by a determination to create something unique, and which understood that desperation was often the mother of invention.

What began from a single bedroom in the suburbs of Sydney grew to a renowned, multi-national, multi-award winning Managed-Cloud Company. In 2018, the Executive Team successfully orchestrated the acquisition of Cavalry by a prominent global group.

Along this path to start, scale and sale, Cavalry received many National and International accolades including:

  • Multiple recipient of the CRN Fast 50 - Top 50 Fastest Growing Australian IT Firms.
  • Multiple finalist of the ARN: Australian IT Partner of the Year.
  • Multiple recipient of the MSP500 - placed in the top 200 Managed Service Firms Globally.
  • APAC CIO - "Top 25 Promising Cloud Companies."
  • Insight Success - "Top 10 Valuable Global Cloud Companies."

Cavalry were also recognised as a Microsoft Inspire Global Finalist and presented a keynote on their groundbreaking Customer Experience (CX) system.

Peter was a scholarship recipient for his Business Degree and holds an Executive MBA from the Globally ranked AGSM where he was recognised as “Most likely to succeed as CEO”.

This combination of academic thought-leadership, success in a leading global corporate, start-up, scale and sale, puts Peter in a unique position to see pathways to personal and corporate growth.

He's on a mission to help business leaders "Be Great and Do Good."

As the founder of 100X Legacy, Peter has established a powerful platform and team to facilitate this mission and create the community that he would have wanted in his growth journey.

As a growth coach, he is proud to say that his clients averaged 197% growth in net profit last financial year.

Ticket Price: $45 per adult or $360 for a table of 8. $35 for students (Secondary). Ticket price includes breakfast, tea and coffee.
