Cory Nation is an innovation leader, entrepreneur, and digital/AI strategist with a proven track record of driving technology transformation across industries. With over a decade of experience in engineering, digital strategy, and business innovation, Cory has led high-impact initiatives at Rolls-Royce, General Electric, and Bridgestone, specializing in leveraging emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges. Beyond corporate leadership, Cory is a serial entrepreneur having founded and scaled multiple startups including Embark EMR, Build TBD, and PracticePartner.ai. Cory teaches Entrepreneurial Acceleration at Butler University, is a licensed Professional Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, has 6 granted patents, and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering and an MBA in Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
Suzanne Kawamleh leads AI initiatives for Cummins’ Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Engineering organizations, focusing on AI-driven problem-solving, risk mitigation, and engineering process optimization. She collaborates with the CIO and technical teams to develop AI tools for launch risk prediction, multi-agent Fault Tree Analysis, and vision-based quality control. Suzanne also oversees AI governance, enterprise deployment, and technical upskilling programs for 250 engineers. Her work ensures AI is applied with precision, enhancing decision-making, reliability, and efficiency in engineering and product development.
Laurel Kiselis is in Operations Research & Information Engineering from Cornell University. She’s been with Endress+Hauser in the Data Analytics group for the past 3 years (Data Scientist and now Data Analytics Manager), doing things like integrating an AI platform into our systems. In her free time Laurel enjoys reading, running & swimming, which makes one of my favorite places in Indy the Monon trail for long runs!
