Case Studies from South East Asia. This presentation examines how technologies enable teacher professional development to ensure inclusive and equitable quality professional learning for teachers in the Global South. Drawing on case studies from Cambodia, Indonesia and the Philippines, three key insights are discussed: (1) Designing for scale, and localising for inclusion; (2) Adopting relevant technologies for practice in context; and (3) Building the capacity of the teacher professional development ecosystem.
