Thank you for purchasing a ticket to the Enlighten Film Festival. Please save the dates in your calendar.

We will re-send your tickets 1 week prior to 19-21 April festival. Please save the date in your calander and this conformation email.

On the day

Please make your way to the Auditorium on Level 3 (see the temple map) upon arrival. Present the QRcode on your booking E-ticket.
Please check your email or spam folder if you haven't received your E-ticket. Have your E-ticket ready for scanning.
Wrist bands for the Flexi Pass and Family Day passes are given out at the Registration Desk on Level 3. To ensure a smooth entry process, please wear your wristband, as entry will not be permitted without it.

Dress Code

Like all temples, Nan Tien requires modest attire. Please ensure you are suitably covered: No sleeveless shirts/blouses, short gym tights, tank tops, singlets, shorts, short skirts, slippers/flip-flops or thongs.

Food and Drink

No food or drink is permitted in the auditorium. We do have a food van outside to provide you with delicious, healthy vegetarian snacks, small dishes and drinks.

Refund
We do not refund purchased tickets if you have changed or are unable to attend. You can transfer the tickets to another person.

Safety

We’re committed to delivering safe and enjoyable experiences. If you are unwell or are required to self-isolate, please stay home.

Getting here

By Car: enter via the main entrance on Berkeley Road Berkeley or park at the Nan Tien Institute (231 Nolan St, Unanderra). There are plenty of free parking spaces.
By train: catch the train to Unanderra Station (South Coast Line) and it is a 20-30 minutes walk to the left-hand side of the station(Industrial side) up Berkeley Rd to the end
By Bus 34 - Wollongong to Warrawong via Berkeley alight at the temple's back entrance on Nolan Street. Catch Bus (Route 34) at Unanderra Shops (right-hand side of the station near Caltex petrol station) and alight at the temple's back entrance on Nolan Street.

Accessibility

Accessible parking is available outside the Tea House on the ground level. From there, you can take the lift from inside the Tea House to Level 2. To access Level 3 (Main Shrine, Auditorium, and Conference rooms), use the lift near the Gift Shop on Level 2.

Food

Refreshments are available at the Tea House on the ground level of the Temple or at the Nan Tien Arts Cafe at the Nan Tien Institute at your own cost. Picnics are not permitted within the temple grounds.
