Enliven is back for an evening of inspiring storytelling, personal exploration, music, connection and celebration!
I'll be sharing my personal journey over the past four years, including the unexpected experiences and discoveries that led to the creation of my ARC Framework.
Then I'll guide you through an interactive experience where you'll have the opportunity to apply ARC to your own life — seeing your circumstances more clearly, recognising the choices and possibilities available to you, and exploring how you want to participate in what comes next.
And of course, we'll have some fun along the way!

Arrive, grab a drink, enjoy the music and connect with others
7:00 pm — The Enliven Experience
Personal storytelling, an interactive exploration of the ARC Framework and opportunities for reflection and self-discovery.
We'll also have an intermission with nibbles and time to connect.
Approximately 9:00 pm — Music and celebration
The formal experience concludes, but you're welcome to stay, mingle and celebrate!

Meet Your Host
Michelle Kolze — Founder of ARC Navigation | Speaker & Facilitator
Michelle Kolze is the founder of ARC Navigation, a speaker, facilitator and creator of the ARC framework — an approach to navigating life with greater awareness, clarity and conscious choice.
Following an unexpected, life-changing accident in 2022, Michelle spent several years navigating surgeries, recovery and uncertainty. Through this journey, she developed ARC, drawing on her experiences to explore how we can see our circumstances more clearly, recognise possibilities and consciously choose how we participate in life.
With a background spanning accounting and business advisory, over 20 years of dance, public speaking, facilitation and personal development, Michelle brings together analytical thinking, creative expression and embodied awareness.
Through Enliven, she invites people to connect with themselves and others, explore new perspectives and celebrate the aliveness that’s already here.

- What is ARC?
ARC stands for Accept, Reflect and Create, with Integrate bringing the process into everyday life.
It's a framework designed to help you see your circumstances more clearly, recognise the choices available and consciously explore how you want to participate in your life.
You'll be guided through it during Enliven, so no prior knowledge is needed!
- Do I need to arrive at 6pm?
Not at all! Doors open at 6pm so you can settle in, grab a drink, connect with others and enjoy the atmosphere.
The main experience begins promptly at 7pm, so we recommend arriving by 6:45pm.
- Will I need to share anything personal?
No! There will be opportunities for personal reflection and connection, but you're always welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
There's no expectation to share personal information or speak in front of the group.
- Can I come on my own?
Absolutely! Whether you're coming solo, with friends or bringing someone new, Enliven is designed to be a welcoming experience.
- Will there be seating?
Enliven is a relaxed, cocktail-style event in the Caledonian Hotel beer garden, with a mix of standing and limited seating.
If you have specific seating or accessibility requirements, please get in touch before the event.
- Is food included?
Yes! Light nibbles are included in your ticket price and will be served during the evening.
Drinks will be available to purchase separately at the bar.
Nibbles are intended as light refreshments rather than a full dinner.
- What should I bring?
Just yourself, a little curiosity and a willingness to participate!
