Enliven is back for an evening of inspiring storytelling, personal exploration, music, connection and celebration!
And this time, you can join us in person in Adelaide or live online!
I'll be sharing my personal journey over the past four years, including the unexpected experiences and discoveries that led to the creation of my ARC Framework.
Then I'll guide you through an interactive experience where you'll have the opportunity to apply ARC to your own life — seeing your circumstances more clearly, recognising the choices and possibilities available to you, and exploring how you want to participate in what comes next.
Whether you're joining us in the room or online, you'll be invited to participate, reflect and discover what's there for you.
And of course, we'll have some fun along the way!

Caledonian Hotel, North Adelaide Beer Garden
Online: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm (Adelaide time)
Zoom room opens at 6:45 pm
The Evening at a Glance
6:00 pm — In-Person Doors open
Arrive, grab a drink, enjoy the music and connect with others
6:45 pm — Online Welcome
Our Zoom room opens, giving online participants time to settle in before the experience begins.
7:00 pm — The Enliven Experience Begins
Personal storytelling, live Q&A, followed by an interactive exploration of the ARC Framework and opportunities for reflection and self-discovery.
We'll also have a short intermission - a chance to refresh, connect and prepare for the ARC experience.
Both in-person and online participants are invited to be part of the experience.
Approximately 9:00 pm — DJ, music and celebration
The formal Enliven experience concludes, and our in-person celebration continues with a DJ set!
Online participants are welcome to stay connected and enjoy the celebration virtually, or finish their experience here.
10:00 pm — Event concludes
A few things to know:
In-person tickets include light nibbles. Drinks are available to purchase separately.
Online participants will receive Zoom access details before the event and will be supported by a dedicated online host.
The online experience is live and interactive. No replay will be available.

- What is ARC?
ARC stands for Accept, Reflect and Create, with Integrate bringing the process into everyday life.
It's a framework designed to help you see your circumstances more clearly, recognise the choices available and consciously explore how you want to participate in your life.
You'll be guided through it during Enliven, so no prior knowledge is needed!
- Do I need to arrive at 6pm?
Not at all! Doors open at 6pm so you can settle in, grab a drink, connect with others and enjoy the atmosphere.
The main experience begins promptly at 7pm, so we recommend arriving by 6:45pm.
- Will I need to share anything personal?
No! There will be opportunities for personal reflection and connection, but you're always welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
There's no expectation to share personal information or speak in front of the group.
- Can I come on my own?
Absolutely! Whether you're coming solo, with friends or bringing someone new, Enliven is designed to be a welcoming experience.
- Will there be seating?
Enliven is a relaxed, cocktail-style event in the Caledonian Hotel beer garden, with a mix of standing and limited seating.
If you have specific seating or accessibility requirements, please get in touch before the event.
- Is food included?
Yes! Light nibbles are included in your in-person ticket price and will be served during the evening.
Drinks will be available to purchase separately at the bar.
Nibbles are intended as light refreshments rather than a full dinner.
- What should I bring?
Just yourself, a little curiosity and a willingness to participate!
No preparation is needed.
- Can I join Enliven online?
Yes! Enliven is a hybrid experience, and we'd love you to join us wherever you are.
Our online space will be looked after by a dedicated online host who'll help you feel included throughout the experience.
You'll be able to participate in the guided ARC experience and contribute questions and reflections through the Zoom chat, which our online host can bring into the live conversation.
The online experience runs from 7:00-9:00 pm Adelaide time, with the Zoom room opening at 6:45 pm.
Zoom access details will be emailed before the event.
