Jessica is an energetic presenter and life satisfaction coach who has been in education for over a decade.  She supports women in their own personal development journey through workshops, speaking events, online programs and coaching. 

After working with so many pre-teens and teenagers and hearing time and time again the struggle with friends, high emotions, external pressures and complete lack of self worth and belief I have designed this workshop for both Mother and Daughter(s) to attend.

Be prepared for connection, communication and a lot of fun!

If you are over all the 'girl drama' your daughter goes through or perhaps wished it didn't have to be all so hard for her...then this is the event for you and your daughter to spend some quality time at.

During this event I will give some reasons behind what is happening in your daughter's world at the moment, why one week goes well and then the next is like a bomb went off and a whole bunch of tips and strategies to use.

If you are looking just to have some time with your daughter(s) then try something a little different and explore some personal development together.
