Held inside the plant-filled walls of The Borrowed Nursery, SØLACE invites you to step away from the overstimulation of modern life and into a curated, science-backed journey of reconnection.

This isn’t a breakthrough event. It’s a return.

Through breath and sound, we’ll explore your nervous system in real time, guiding you through waves of gentle up-regulation and deep release. No chanting. No force required. Just breath, vibration, and stillness.

You’ll begin the evening with digestible education on the nervous system, what it means to regulate, and how breath impacts the body on a physiological level. From there you'll enjoy a short cacao and intention setting ceremony with Julia Göller, then, you'll be guided through somatic breathwork designed to widen your Window of Tolerance and bring the body into safety. We’ll then move into a rich soundscape of Tibetan and crystal bowls, ocean drum, rainstick, and chimes, layered with moments of silence to support deep integration.

To close, we’ll gather for any left over cacao and connection, offering space to reflect, through oracle and tarot cards and drop gently back into community.

What to Know:

The guided breath and sound experience will run for a couple of hours followed by time to connect and unwind over tarot/oracle cards and cacao, lovingly supplied by Re’Rhythm.

Mats, pillows, blankets and bolsters are provided. Please bring:

A water bottle to stay hydrated
Wear comfy, warm clothing for full relaxation
Your favourite mug to enjoy a warm cacao
