Workshop Context

This advanced virtual program is for transformational leaders committed to catalyzing deep, systemic change—within themselves and the complex human systems they serve.

Co-led by pioneers in enterprise transformation, this Mastercamp integrates cutting-edge frameworks in leadership development, complexity science, systems thinking, and human transformation to create a regenerative container for participants. Drawing from Integral Theory, adaptive action, systemic consciousness, and trauma-informed regenerative change, we offer a uniquely immersive experience designed to shift both your inner operating system and your external capacity to lead transformational change.

You will be immerseed in the Integral Sensemaking & Action™ Approach to Agile Transformation", helping you gain key skills and knowledge necessary to facilitate and catalyze organizational change. We have found in this Integral approach the social high tech that enables the digital high tech businesses are focused on, helping you develop both your individual and collective sensemaking, and offers practices and action-orientations that enable you to lead dynamical change.

Virtual Format/Schedule  

This virtual workshop takes place over five days, three in the first week, two days in the second week, and completion session The Mastercamp is capped by a 3-hour follow-up session, two weeks after Day 5 -- all on Zoom.

The times below are all Eastern Time (US) -- note that Central European Time is 6 hours later, and Pacific Time is 3 hours earlier

  • Week 1:

    • Tue Sept 30 – 10am–3:30pm (w/ homework group 3:30–4:30pm)

    • Wed Oct 1 – 10am–3:30pm (w/ homework group session)

    • Thu Oct 2 – 10am–3:30pm

  • Week 2:

    • Tue Oct 7 – 10am–3:30pm (w/ homework group session)

    • Wed Oct 8 – 10am–3:00pm

  • Follow-Up:

    • Fri Oct 22 – 10:00am–1:00pm (integration and completion)

Sessions are held via Zoom. Full participation and presence (camera on, no multi-tasking) are required to create a safe, transformative container.

Our Approach

Mastercamp is designed to help you expand into these enterprise coach competencies, oriented around advanced distinctions grounded in an integrated approach we call Integral Sensemaking and Action™. This approach is a deep integration of Spayd's work (Agile Transformation: Using the Integral Agile Transformation Framework to Think and Lead Differently) with Hamman's (Evolvagility: Growing an Agile Leadership Culture from the Inside Out), forming a new synthesis that participants have told us is groundbreaking.

Four core ways of knowing -- or epistemologies -- each grounded in a particular practice discipline, distinguish this framework. Among the benefits:

• By acutely observing our subjective experience – including beliefs, feelings, and subtle thought sequences – we are able to take responsibility for our meaning-making process, allowing us to make sense of our world in more adaptive ways.

• Examining the values, perspectives, and common constraints of our shared relationships frees us to make work relationships more satisfying and generative.

• By designing and conducting observable and repeatable change experiments and action cycles, we dramatically increase the likelihood of impact over a more plan-driven change approach.

• Applying concepts from complexity science, quantum physics, and systems thinking, we begin to understand in a new way, observing that reality is co-created rather than “given”, enabling deeper understanding and the ability to take effective action in a world where linear cause and effect rarely applies.

• Finally, a deeper understanding of sensemaking -- in ourselves and in others -- is essential, as we activate deep competence and capability across these four ways of knowing if we are to master the dynamics of self-organized systems and to effectively lead in the arena of transformative change.

  • Day 1: Grounding in Integral Sensemaking & Action™ and the four ways of knowing.

  • Day 2: Complexity and systems architecture—designing from emergence, not control.

  • Day 3: Evolving consciousness—shifting your inner architecture as a leader.

  • Day 4: Relational systems and culture—working at the level of collective consciousness.

  • Day 5: Adaptive action and experimentation—leading learning-based transformation.

  • Follow-Up: Integration and application via a personal project in your organizational context.

With a virtual offering of a transformational workshop such as this, there are certain basic protocols that will assure a safe container, such as each participant having their own video camera, staying fully present during sessions, and scheduling other work to not interrupt class hours.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than three calendar weeks prior to the class, a full refund will be offered. If you cancel within the timeframe, refunds will be considered based on circumstances, but not at all during the final week. A cancellation can always be used as a credit for upcoming workshops.

Michael is known as a transformational teacher and leader, with a deep ability to facilitate both compelling and transformational learning environments.

Randolf Speigner, is committed to bringing human transformation, bringing two decades of experience guiding enterprise leaders and teams in global enterprises. He is cofounder of cogrow.space and an expert in regenerative transformation, working at the intersection of human development, systems change, and conscious leadership.
