Entertain: memorable and manageable festive food with Richard Till
Christmas is not far away, and prepping for having friends over may already be on your mind. So, how do you host a memorable lunch or dinner while keeping the planning manageable?

Join well-known cook Richard Till for the final workshop of our 2026 series: Distil, Ferment, Cultivate, Entertain. Each workshop has paired Richard in conversation with a local artisan, maker or grower. This time, Richard takes the stage on his own to share his approach to entertaining.

Expect great conversation, practical tips and fresh planning ideas for balancing preparation, ambition and your own enjoyment of the day. And because it’s Richard, there’ll be food to share along the way.

Come away with ideas, inspiration and the confidence to host something special in the upcoming season.
