Hi loves. We're going virtual!
Your 75-90 min (ish) EnTrance 5Rhythms playlist will arrive by email as a soundcloud link on the day of the class, and we connect on zoom or teams at 4pm.
We say hi, and then go 3, 2, 1... PLAY all together. You can have cameras off or on. Headphones or speakers for sound. Dance on the beach, in your backyard, in your lounge room, with the kids, wherever you need.
I'll send out more details as I get organised this week.
I'll cook up a playlist to shake out any residue of the clusterfuckery that may be in your nervous system. It will be high on trance and long on chaos, with a soaring lyrical to then gently land us back into stillness. But take i at your own pace.
I'll definitely do this class monthly, but will probably get more regular if we end up really disrupted.
Tickets are $20. Financial hardship/concession $15.
The playlist link will stay open for a week, so you can dance it again, or if you miss the class, dance at your own leisure,
