Join architect-developer Amy Degenhart for a guided footpath tour through two of the Gold Coast’s most innovative urban infill projects—Envi Micro Urban Village and the neighbouring Garden Terraces. These award-winning developments are redefining how density, design, and community can coexist in a region traditionally shaped by low-rise, car-dependent sprawl.

Envi Micro Urban Village is a compact, community-oriented housing model that challenges conventional ideas of scale, while offering high-quality, energy-efficient living. Next door, the Garden Terraces demonstrate how thoughtful design can integrate multiple dwellings into existing neighbourhoods while maintaining privacy, greenery, and a strong sense of place.
