This presentation will discuss a recent WA food borne illness outbreak case study and explain the role of local government Environmental Health Professionals in a food outbreak investigation.
Meat auditing (20 minutes)

This presentation will discuss the requirements of regulatory oversight including auditing of WA meat and poultry processors operating as wholesale and retail such as abattoirs, boning rooms, small goods manufacturers, etc.
