Amelia Young - National Campaigns Director at THE WILDERNESS SOCIETY.
Amelia works with campaigners, organisers, volunteers and supporters to deliver the Wilderness Society’s national campaign strategy at what is a critical time for the environment in Australia.

Edwina Floch - Founder of the ENVIRONMENTAL MUSIC PRIZE
She is interested in helping catalyse initiatives that will rapidly shift the attitudes and behaviour affecting our vital ecosystem.

Anya Anastasia - Folk Singer Songwriter and Finalist in the 2023 ENVIRONMENTAL MUSIC PRIZE with her song 'LOSING WILD'.
Her moving song explores how losing the animals and wild places that form the basis of our identity, imagination and the characters in our children's stories, not only poses heartbreaking and planet-threatening external risks, but also heralds the end of good poetry and diminishment of playful mind.

Anthony Albrecht - Cellist, Co-Founder of THE BOWERBIRD COLLECTIVE, Finalists in the 2022 prize with 'WORLD MIGRATORY BIRD DAY VIRTUAL CHOIR' and 2023 prize with 'THE GODWIT AND THE CURLEW'
The Bowerbird Collective produces multimedia work uses classical music as a medium to tell conservation stories. Their aim is to strengthening emotional connections to the natural world and Anthony and Simone Slattery (co-founder and violinist) have produced over 250 concerts in Australia, the UK and North America.
Their albums for threatened species - SONGS OF DISAPPEARANCE - BIRDS and SONGS OF DISAPPEARANCE - FROGS - topped ARIA charts.

MASSIVE THANKS TO KING GIZZARD AND THE LIZARD WIZARD!!

They won the 2022 ENVIRONMENTAL MUSIC PRIZE with their song 'IF NOT NOW, THEN WHEN?' and donated the $20,000 prize money to The Wilderness Society to fund frontline conservation efforts in Australia.

Recognising the power of music and artists to drive rapid cultural change, Wilderness are paying it forward by providing this workshop so more artists feel educated and empowered to use their voice in favour of nature.
