A spacious program allows for time to dream and experience the beauty of nature. Enter the portal to another dimension meditating at the lily pond, walk along the clear turquoise secluded beach, swim in the fresh water of the lily pond, relax by the infinity pool, or just sit on the land listening to the trees swaying in the breeze and watch the plentiful wildlife go by. In the distance, Gulaga Mountain (the sacred womens mountain) gazes upon us.

Every morning Michelle Mahrer (5Rhythms Dance & Dance Therapy) & Vanessa Forbes (Manifestation guide, Musician & Sound Healer) will offer a unique collaboration working with 5rhythms dance & manifestation techniques to help you connect with your essential nature and gain new skills to actualise your true desires. Vanessa will teach her recipe of how to become effective in manifesting your dreams. In the evening we will soften into a Sound Journey / Yin Yoga with live music by Vanessa Forbes and Steve Mazabow.

VANESSA FORBES

Vanessa has been studying manifestation with the Abraham Hicks principals since 2007. As she put into practise what she was learning, her whole life transformed from a state of frustration, into a life of gratitude, inspiration, expansion and fulfillment of dreams. Over the years she has come to know the principles intimately and she has the ability to communicate them clearly and concisely to others who would like to explore this path of consciousness.

“In my experience of developing the skill of conscious manifestation, I have have found that a recipe of different principles work together - if one element is left out then what we desire may not manifest to it's fullest - it's like leaving the baking powder out of a cake, something so small but so necessary can leave dreams a little flat.” This workshop is a conversation on what each different principle is and how to incorporate it into your daily routine. It is a powerful tool for transformation of both your physical and emotional world which can benefit all aspects of your life.

Michelle Mahrer is an Embodiment Mentor, 5Rhythms Dance Teacher, Dance Movement Therapist, & Film maker based in Sydney with over 25 year’s experience teaching in Australia and internationally. Her passion and expertise is to help you reconnect with your innate wellbeing, and essential wholeness through the joy and healing power of dance. She is a pioneer of Conscious Dance in Australia, and founded Radiance 5Rhythms Dance in Sydney 2009, a vibrant flourishing inclusive dance community offering classes, workshops, and community events. She is masterful with creating sacred spaces for you to surrender to your own authentic movement, bringing into wholeness parts of yourself that have been disconnected, which supports the healing of unresolved trauma, and opens pathways to deeper authenticity and freedom to be yourself, and express your own unique voice in the world. She has facilitated at numerous festivals and events around the world including One Dance Tribe in Hawaii. Luminate - New Zealand, Australian Integrative Medicine Conference, workshops in Poland & Hungary. She is also an accomplished international film maker and created numerous award-winning films about dance including the cult classic “Dances of Ecstasy” which led her on a journey all over the globe documenting how different cultures connect with a spiritual dimension through dance, as well as Gabrielle Roth’s signature teaching videos - The Wave Series, and “A Quest to Heal Beyond the Physical about the healing power within us.

Steve Mazabow and Vanessa Forbes met each other August 2013 at Michelle Mahrer's 5Rhythms dance retreat at the fire place on a freezing night and the attraction was instantaneous. They began playing music together in 2014 and have spent the last 8 years offering sound healing workshops, touring throughout Australia, NZ, South Africa.

As multi-instrumentalists, they take you on a sonic healing journey using the ancient deep tones of didgeridoo, interwoven with angelic vocals, the mystical sounds of the mayan temple flute, handpan, gongs, guitar and medicine drum. The sounds resonate deeply inside your body, gently moving you into a deep state of relaxation and helping you tune into your own natural inner guidance and healing.

In 2014 Vanessa released her album LOVE LETTERS FROM THE UNIVERSE. Her album and songs are loved by all those whom they touch with over 500,000 streams of her song You Are Safe and 30,000 monthly listeners. Vanessa ran the very successful Absolute Soiree for 8 years and co-ran the Absolute Chanting Kirtan Group for 6 years. She is now focussing on creating a sublime space for music, nature, healing and connection with Murrah Dream Retreat.
