Envisioning the future: What can the Switchboard community tell us about who we are?
Event description
Switchboard Victoria is developing a new strategy to guide our organisation as we plan for our future. We would like to invite you to attend ‘Envisioning the Future: What can the Switchboard Community tell us about who we are?’ to provide your insights which will inform our future strategic plan.
Much has changed in the past few years, and we are very keen to know what matters most to the LGBTIQA+ community, and how we can support people to stay well together.
The first phase of this project was a community survey, of which you may have already been asked to, or participated in. Responses to this survey will inform our thinking and planning, and during this event, you will be played back key themes from the survey.
Hear from the Switchboard team with assistance from Ellis Jones - the consultants we have engaged to assist with the development of our new strategy. We want you to help us go deeper on key survey findings.
We invite you to collaborate on the development of a vision for Switchboard Victoria and its programs. This event will be a valuable opportunity to connect with peers through facilitated creative and collaborative activities.
We look forward to learning from you and setting the future direction for Switchboard, together.
