Event Attendance Policy: In order to attend EO events members must: (1) Be a member in good standing; (2) Agree to abide by the guest and RSVP policies and the Terms and Conditions of Attendance at Participation at EO Events. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Attendance:By RSVPing to the event, you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Attendance at Participation at EO Events (Terms and Conditions) which can be accessed here: https://www.eonetwork.org/queensland/Documents/Terms%20and%20Conditions%20of%20Attendance%20and%20Participation%20-%20EO%20Events%20(1).pdf You should note that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions both on your own behalf, and on behalf of Persons For Whom You are Responsible (as defined in the Terms and Conditions). “RSVP/RSVPing” refers to the act of registering for an event via the EO website or any other registration platform or requested via email, phone, face to face, text message and social media. RSVP Policy Non-Attendance / Late Cancellation: The standard EO non-attendance fee, which is charged to members, will apply for any member (and guests if applicable) that RSVPs yes to the event and then fails to attend. The non-attendance fee will also apply to any member (and guests if applicable) that RSVPs yes / and then is unable to attend and gives less than 3 full business days notice. The standard non-attendance fee for EO Queensland events is $250 pp + GST and will apply to all EO Queensland events unless a differing non-attendance fee amount for a specific event is posted in the Event Details for that event on the Chapter website and when invitations are e-mailed to members. In line with EO values of respect and commitment, cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will incur an instant $250(+GST) fine as per our by-laws. These events involve a per-member cost and require extensive planning, and last-minute cancellations create unnecessary strain on our dedicated Chapter professionals. Additionally, some events are capped and have a waitlist, and with less than 72 hours' notice, other members have limited opportunity to rework their Calendar and attend. By attending as planned, you respect the collective effort of the Board and Chapter Professionals invested in delivering these valuable experiences. Thank you for your understanding.
