This is a Free Event. Stall Holders will not be able to have any products for sale.

Arrival Time (Bump in/ Bump out)

Arrival/Set up Time is from 7:30am to 9:30am. Entry via Wilson Street, all vehicles must be off site by 9:00am. Two chairs will be provided for each stall.

Stall Set Up, Pack Up and Cleaning

Stallholders are responsible for their own set up, pack up and cleaning of their stalls prior to departure. We encourage all stallholders to place their rubbish in bins provided and flatten all cardboard boxes, please take cardboard boxes with you at the end of the day. Failure to do this will incur a cleaning fee of up to $100.00 and may jeopardise future stall applications. Stalls must be cleaned and packed up by 5:00pm on the day.

Drug & Alcohol Free Event

Eora NAIDOC at Carriageworks is a drug and alcohol free event. We ask all visitors who smoke to do so away from the park/event area respecting other guests; and please dispose of your buds responsibly.

Damage

Stallholders will be charged for any damage caused to stalls

Wet Weather

Eora NAIDOC is on, rain or shine.

Parking

Street parking is available on Wilson Street, however not guaranteed. We reccomend using public transport where possible.

Vehicles

All vehicles must be off site by 9am. Vehicles are not permitted on site during the day, including trailers.

Facilities

Toilets are located on site, please follow the signage around the park.

What to Bring

Paperweights, tablecloths, rubbish bags and cleaning products.

The NAIDOC community group will not be able to provide these on the day. However, two chairs will be provided for each stall.

Power

Power has been allocated to stallholders that have requested.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation within 7 days or failure to attend: no refund will be offered.

Incident/Hazard/Near miss

We ask that you immediately report to the on site security regarding any incident, hazard, or near miss so that appropriate corrective actions can be undertaken.

Safety

Take care of our more vulnerable guests – children, the elderly and the disabled. If you are aware of or suspect any risk, please alert Security.

The St John first aid station will be located within the park.

Thank you for completing your Stall Holder Booking Form.

You will be required to fill in a Consent and Release Form for the filming of the event, this will be sent to you shortly.
