Creating with nature, in nature along the river and it is left in nature .Connecting to the rhythm of the Earth finding Joy and inner peace 

Slowing down, grounding into our beautiful Mother Earth Being in loving awareness of all life 3 hours spent along the river creating either by yourself or in groups  

Bring a water bottle and wear appropriate footwear
