We'll also have an experience for your taste buds as we'll open our virgin bar with our own version of popular drinks and cocktails, fruit bowls and natural energy supplements - all included in your ticket!

6.00-6.15pm - Light relaxation and wind down
6.15 -7.00pm - Networking & wrap up.

FAQ

1. What is conscious dance? - An opportunity to express yourself in safe environment without any judgement or agenda. Get back to music and make it centre of an experience without any substances or alcohol.

2. Is it suitable for me? - Even without knowing you, we can confidently say yes! You can pace yourself however you want, it's your dance and your journey. Slow movement or energising cardio, it's up to you how you want to interact with music.

3. What kind of refreshments can I expect? - We'll have just enough nibbles and non-alcoholic drinks that keep you going through your time with us. Everything vegetarian friendly but please let us know if you have any other dietary requirements.

4. What if it's raining? - We'll reschedule to the next available date

5. What's your capacity? - we are only selling 30 tickets so it will be an intimate session without crowds
