Program
6:00-6:30 PM: Arrival, welcome drinks & nibbles
6:30-7:30 PM: Yoga class by Yuna
7:30-7:45 PM: Sound journey by Airlifter
7:45-8:30 PM: Dinner - menu curated by Adam & Health, Dj set by Airlifter, mingling and wrap-up

Please aim for 6.00 arrival to get cozy, have a refreshment and mingle, the doors lock at 6:25. We won't be able to wait for the late ones. The wellness class starts at 6:30. Dinner is served after the sound journey between 7:45-8:00 when you are free to stay back eating & networking or you are good to go if you need to.

Yoga Class by Yuna - Yuna brings a unique blend of disciplines to your yoga practice, enriching the experience for students of all levels. With a background in Korean martial arts, aromatherapy, and pilates, she integrates the strength, balance, and focus of these ancient techniques and modern healing methods into each yoga session. She believes that true well-being comes from harmonizing the body, breath, and mind. Yuna’s classes often begin with a grounding meditation, setting a mindful tone that allows students to fully connect with their practice. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Yuna’s holistic approach will help you build physical strength, mental clarity, and inner peace.

Menu curated by Adam - With his expertise as a Health Coach, he will guide you on a wellness journey like no other. From engaging activities to nourishing food, Adam will stimulate all your senses, ensuring a happier and healthier life. Since 2007, Adam has been exploring the world, immersing himself in different cultures and experiences. With his extensive background in hospitality and event management, he knows how to create an unforgettable experience. The ultimate goal is to help you adopt new healthy habits that will transform your life for the better.

Sound journey by Airlifter - an artist nickname of your host George. Originally playing Trance and uplifting tunes, this time he'll prepare an immersive soundscape that will take you on a journey. Listen to the sound of sunrise, forests and vast landscapes. The power of sound will take you far and wide along with captivating light show.
