In this session Jay will explore how simple changes to your routine and mindset will have a dramatic impact on your team’s output. He will share strategies to increase productivity and how to best optimise time through the complexities of today's world.

  • Mindfulness to refocus and overcome stress

  • Productivity tips for: email, meetings and calendar management

  • Setting boundaries for work life balance
