DJ Taz Rashid brings a high vibrational energy to any room instantly by mixing the beats and rhythms of Love, Ancient New World, House, Devotional, and all the cosmic sounds. Together with his wife Biana Mavasheva blending electronic dance music with movement and meditation.

Dan P will guide you deeper through his healing modalities of sound & breath.

Beck Hall & Spirit Cocao will open your heart & guide your journey!

Join Dan P from Spirit Breathwork, DJ Taz Rashid & Biana (International Artists) & Beck Hall from Spirit Cacao for a 4 hour journey of Breath, Cacao & Dance!!

Equilibrium refers to our state of balance & stability, where all influences acting on our Human system are Equal or Balanced. This creates an opportunity to move forward into Flow State. Our collective intention for Equilibrium Breath & Beats, is to find power, strength and gratitude through a unique meditative and celebratory dance experience as we call in message and clarity, while creating a solid foundation rooting us deep into the core of mother earth.

Equilibrium is a journey through layers of SELF guided intention, mindfulness, and movement flow to find centered oneness.

We Start our Journey with Spirit Breathwork, guided by Dan P (founder of SP) supported by Custom Produced Music for this event from DJ Taz Rashid, then integrating with a live instrumental Sound healing to decompress and balance (we use silent headsets to create an intimate environment for you to journey)

Mother Cacao will bless us with her Medicine, as we sit in ceremony guided by Beck Hall from Spirit Cacao. Our intention is to create a deep relationship with earth energy that will support us & strengthen our connection to nature using this sacred medicine, also helping us to connect our intentions.

When experienced with deep reverence it is like a coming home, expanding our awareness and ability to see beyond the self.

SPIRIT BREATHWORK

Spirit Breathwork is more than an exercise of breathing correctly or with intent. This Holotropic breathing technique is a tool for major transformation and healing. Spirit Breathwork encompasses a broad range of whole-being therapeutic practices and exercises used to relieve mental, physical, and/or emotional tension. Let’s find out how it can benefit your mind, body, and spirit!

We guide a safe, self empowering Breathing journey for up to 40 min, and as you breathe we will teach you tools to self navigate so you can embody the fact that you are your own Healer
