This unique Equine-Assisted Learning session offers veterans and their families a chance to reconnect, reset, and recharge through hands-on experiences with horses. Whether in a small group (max 4) or one-on-one, participants will learn a simple 4-step grounding method (Breathe-Ground-Sense-Expand) proven to support emotional regulation and mental wellbeing. No horse experience needed-Leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected.
