Event description

2 day immersive level 1 Reiki course

This weekend will take you on a journey into all things Reiki. Over 2 days you will learn about;

- The history of Reiki
- The physical and emotional benefits
- Self healing techniques
- Sharing Reiki with others, both horses and humans
- Guided meditations
- Attunement
- Integrating Reiki into daily life
- Nature based learning activities

Day one will focus on Reiki with humans and self-healing, on day 2 we will introduce our wonderful equine participants.

You will receive a course manual and accredited Level 1 Reiki certificate by the end of this weekend. Level 1 provides a great introduction to the world of Reiki, enabling you to share with friends, family and horses.
