Equipping Disciplers -Free video series and zoom training session

Do you want to get the best results out of your chosen discipleship programme? GenJ, a Christian based training organisation, have generously given leaders from BUV churches FREE access to a 4-part video series (60 mins total) that will help you discover how people learn, what actually transforms people and provide strategies for using hybrid / blended learning (online + face to face) to your advantage in the post Covid world. This is NOT another discipleship model, approach or curriculum. The video series will give you an introduction to the blended learning approach to equip your disciplers, who will in turn, be equipped to implement your discipleship model.

In addition to the training videos, there is an opportunity to participate in a BUV only Zoom training session for pastors and leaders who are keen to know more – you will gain educational principles, experiment with hands-on activities and discover how to create learning environments that are conducive for adult development.
