Event format:
36 mins of C2 machine strategy + 4 mins of Echo Bike madness

Part A: 36-min strategy grind
Goal: Maximise your average calorie output across C2 Bike, Row and Ski for 36 minutes.
Work in teams of 3 (same sex)
Every minute, 1 athlete drops off
Every 3 minutes, all 3 athletes reset and start again

🕒 Sample flow:
Min 0–1: 3 athletes working
Min 1–2: 2 athletes working
Min 2–3: 1 athlete working
Min 3–4: reset, 3 athletes working again... continues until 36 minutes total

👥 Strategy tips:
Decide who drops off each minute
Choose which machine to drop from
Rotate smartly — balance rest and output
C2 system calculates average total calories (linked machines)
🚨 Calories tick up faster with more athletes working, so time your transitions wisely!

🔹 Part B: Max Echo Bike sprint
Duration: 4 minutes
Objective: Go full send for max calories on the Echo Bike
All 3 athletes on the same bike — tag in as needed!

🧮 Scoring:
Total score = average cals from Part A + Echo cals from Part B
Highest total wins. Simple. Brutal. Beautiful.
