About the Speaker:
Joseph Musiitwa is a results-oriented program manager who transforms projects into success stories. He is a seasoned program manager with a passion for delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget. Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, benefits realization, program governance and resource optimization empower him to navigate diverse challenges and drive desired outcomes.
Beyond technical proficiency in methodologies like agile and waterfall, he excels at identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring strategic alignment and fostering continuous improvement. His more than 8 years of experience span across ICT, banking and finance and healthcare sectors in Uganda, providing a broad perspective and adaptability to various industries.
He holds the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, Project Management Professional (PMP)® and Program Management Professional (PgMP)® certifications and has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering.
