Pre and post-touring options

Pay via Invoice

If you are paying via invoice, the payment will be due 14 days after the purchase.

Please email the remittance and invoice number to essentialhealthsummit@jtproductionmanagement.com to let us know the payment has been made. We will then release your tickets.

Cancellation Policy

Summit cancelation policy: If you need to cancel your summit ticket as you have not been able to re-sell it, the following will apply: - Cancellations up to 60 days prior to event date will incur a 30% cancellation fee, unless your ticket can be sold to someone else. - Cancellations up to 30 days prior to event date will incur a 50% cancellation fee, unless your ticket can be sold to someone else. - Cancellations less than 30 days will receive no refund due to catering and venue agreements, unless your ticket can be sold to someone else. Note: if you can re-sell your Summit ticket, Essential Health Summit will cover the cost to change the name on the ticket. For other ticket changes, including name changes and duplicate registration payments, the booking portal company may charge an administration fee Please contact the events team at essentialhealthsummit@jtproductionmanagement.com for any questions.

Photography and Videography Disclaimer

This event is being photographed and filmed. Pictures and footage captured may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the staff at the registration desk or email essentialhealthsummit@jtproductionmanagement.com.
