Description:

Conquering essential knife skills is the key to success (and enjoyment) in the kitchen! In this hands-on class great for beginners but designed for all skill levels, you’ll learn proper technique for safety and efficiency. We'll focus on dishes that involve plenty of varied knife cuts for practice (mince, chop, dice, julienne—you'll learn them all, and then some!) and sit down to enjoy a lovely, seasonal meal together.

- Nicoise Salad

- Fresh local fish

- Summer fruit galette

Registration closes 48 hours before class begins, as our chefs need time to shop and prep. We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies whenever possible. If a request cannot be accommodated for a particular class, we’ll contact you directly. For guests 21 and over, complimentary wine will be served during the seated dinner portion of class. Please do not bring outside alcohol; we ask that all guests consume responsibly.
