Essential writing skills: Emails and letters

This is our foundation writing course, and is a good option for team members and other employees up to ASO/APS level 4. We will show you how to develop relevant content for your documents and how to write in a clear and easy to read style. We will also explain current government style rules.

This course is equivalent to Essential writing for APS 1 to 4 levels offered by the APS Academy.
