This is our top-level writing course, and is designed for managers who write about complex, serious or sensitive topics. We will show you how to plan document production, develop relevant content, use a persuasive writing style, and how to review a document. The course is suitable for SOG A/B/C and EL1/EL2, or for people preparing to work at those levels.

Essential writing skills for government and business

Good writing is important, but not everyone knows how to write well. We do.

We are Canberra based specialists in writing for government and business. Since 2012, we have helped thousands of people to improve their writing.

About our courses

Duration. All our courses are one-day long and are delivered face-to-face.

Venue. We use East Hotel for our courses. This is a modern venue with excellent training rooms.

Catering. All courses include morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
